  • Emotional reassurance, comfort, and encouragement

  • Help finding your personal coping style for labor, including relaxation, rhythm, or ritual measures

  • Information about what and why things are happening, so you feel empowered throughout the process

  • Learning more about medical procedures so you can make informed decisions

  • Having a bridge for communication between you and the hospital staff

  • Preparing your body, and mind for childbirth

  • Support with feeding your newborn

  • Guidance and support for your partner

If you have unique needs, let’s have a conversation to see how I can best personalize my support to you.

Supporting all kinds of births

There all kinds of births, and, all kinds of births need support!

I support home births, birth center births, hospital births, cesarian births, VBAC births, births with epidurals, natural births, IVF pregnancies, surrogate births, and adoptions.

How do you envision the birth of your baby?

A simple process, full of support

  1. Book a free online consultation, where we can learn more about each other.

  2. Sign a contract. During this time, you can contact me for support by phone, email, and text. I will be on call for you 24/7 from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby. Learn more about additional support, like breastfeeding classes, and get useful resources, like exercise tips, to help you prepare for the arrival of your new baby.

  3. Meet in person for a prenatal visit. Around 34 weeks, we will discuss your desired birth experience, goals, and I will help prepare you for the crucial moments of pre-labor, active labor, and the special “Golden Hour.”

  4. Second prenatal visit. Around 37 weeks, we will meet again (either in person or via Zoom) to review your birth preferences and plan for postpartum.

“Thank you so much for your guidance and support during our pregnancy and the birth of our son. It was a pretty intense few hours, but with your support, we never felt overwhelmed and I felt in control as much as I could! We will be forever grateful for you helping us bring our perfect, healthy son into the world.”

“I can’t thank Molly enough for the incredible support she provided throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. Her insights and guidance in preparation for labor were invaluable, giving me the confidence and knowledge I needed. During labor, she was an essential source of strength—I truly couldn’t have done it without her. She made me, my mom, and my husband extremely confident, positive, and at peace.

After birth, Molly remained engaged and supportive, ensuring a smooth transition. If you’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated doula, I highly recommend Molly.”

The Flynn del Toro/Sanchez Family, Washington, DC

“I hired Molly a few weeks before my due date. She was amazing, very attentive to my wishes, responsive to my questions during my pregnancy, and incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire (very, very long) process of labor. I would highly recommend Molly!”

Would you run a marathon without proper preparation?

Probably not, right?

For the best possible birth and postpartum experience you need to prepare your mind and body. A doula can help with this, but in addition, so can the BRM® Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum programs.

If you run a marathon without preparing, your body (and mind) will experience much more strain plus recovery will be WAY harder too.

It’s exactly the same with birth.

Why would you NOT prepare for and train for this huge physical event?

The BRM® Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum programs use the cutting-edge Body Ready Method®. This ensures you’re getting the most effective training that’s specifically designed to help you minimize aches and pains during pregnancy and have your best possible birth and recovery. If you’re serious about having the best possible experience for you and your baby, hiring a doula and the BRM® are the way to get there!
