Sharing a miraculous moment with you
Molly Casey Duffy
Hi, I’m Molly!
I’m originally from Alexandria, Virginia, and I’m a proud mother of five amazing children—three girls and two boys—ranging in age from 10 to 20. Each of my births was different, and every experience taught me something new about pregnancy, birth, and the incredible strength of the human body.
My own journey began with an unexpected cesarean birth after 18 hours of labor, followed by four successful VBACs. Those experiences sparked a deep passion for supporting families—especially those hoping for a VBAC—as they prepare for birth with confidence and informed decision-making.
Birth and early parenthood have always held a special place in my heart. It is truly an honor and a privilege to walk alongside families during one of the most intimate and transformative seasons of their lives.
After years of supporting family and friends through pregnancy and birth, I became a certified birth and postpartum doula. Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting more than 100 families as a birth, postpartum, and sibling doula.
Every family I serve has reinforced what I already believed: no two journeys are the same. My goal is always to be a calm, compassionate presence who helps you feel informed, supported, and confident—whether we’re preparing for labor, welcoming your baby, navigating feeding challenges, or settling into life with a newborn.
I believe every family deserves to feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. It would be an honor to support you through this incredible chapter, and I’d be honored to be part of your story.
"Asking for help is the opposite of failing, it's the only way to succeed!"
My Approach
As As your doula, I provide compassionate, personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I share evidence-informed information, hands-on guidance, and encouragement so you can make confident decisions that feel right for your family.
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to caring for both babies and the people who love them. I believe every family deserves to feel respected, heard, and supported during this transformative season of life.
My approach is built on trust, connection, and genuine relationships. I want you to feel safe, seen, and understood every step of the way, knowing you have someone in your corner who is dedicated to supporting your goals and your family’s well-being.
My support is enhanced by specialized training in Body Ready Method®, Spinning Babies®, Dynamic Body Balancing, and breastfeeding support, allowing me to provide comprehensive, body-centered, evidence-informed care throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early infancy.
One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is a strong support system before your baby arrives. It can make all the difference in how you experience pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood.
I can’t wait to meet you!
