Dynamic Body Balancing

Giving you a gentle hand: Body balancing for babies & those preparing for birth

Dynamic Body Balancing (DBB) is a gentle hands-on approach that supports the body’s natural ability to heal, release tension, and restore balance. Using light touch, DBB works with the nervous system, fascia, soft tissues, and fluids surrounding the structures in the body to encourage ease and well being. Sometimes our bodies just need a little help to unwind!

Sessions are gentle, safe, and always tailored to meet you and your baby’s needs.

Birth is a big transition for little bodies. Oftentimes, babies experience tension or torsion from their position in utero and/or the birth process that may show up as:

  • Difficulty latching or feeding

  • Oral motor function challenges and tethered oral ties (TOTs)

  • Preference for turning their head one way (Torticollis)

  • Reflux, gassiness, constipation or other digestive discomforts

  • Colic

  • Restless and/or noisy sleep

  • General fussiness or difficulty settling

DBB can help ease these restrictions, supporting babies to feed, rest, and grow with more comfort. Curious to how Dynamic Body Balancing can help you or your baby?
